Polyglot Engineer

CCRIPT is seeking a talented Polyglot Engineer with a strong focus on AI-driven development to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on real-world products, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and quality, and owning features from initial design through to production. The ideal candidate is a versatile full-stack developer who thrives on solving complex problems with an engineering mindset rather than simply closing tickets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug full-stack applications end to end, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and intelligent agents to maximize output and maintain high-quality code.
- Take full ownership of features, from architectural design to deployment and maintenance in production environments.
- Approach challenges analytically and creatively, focusing on engineering solutions rather than just task completion.

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, including React and Node.js, as well as Python.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to build innovative products.
- Adaptability to quickly learn and work across multiple technology stacks.
- A proactive ownership mindset, taking responsibility for the quality and success of delivered features.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM PKT.
