Required Experience

·         At least one years’ experience in accounts and finance sector

·         Proficient in English 

·         Should have command on basic computer programs  (Outlook, Excel, Office,  QuickBooks)

·         MUST have the experience with stress management and team leading.

·         MUST be willing to travel to other cities on field activities. 

Major Job Responsibilities

1.      To manage and organize company accounts and office ledgers.    

2.      To assist the office management in creating localized polices and effective functioning of accountings and administrative operations.

3.      To maintain client data entries, employee records and filing systems of office on regular basis.

4.      To manage client data, record our sales activities and marketing campaigns.

5.      To manage and regulate the client portals in company database and CRM.

6.      To organize office meetings, mail duties, training sessions, company seminars, all internal and external events.

7.      To prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

8.      For conducting outdoor meeting with our vendors and suppliers to manage and maintain the office equipment.

9.      To assist the management in documents and reports drafting work.

Additional duties (This can be often)

 Certain additional duties of the employee may include the following. 

1.      Be prepared to act as any other team member duties of company only in the emergency condition when other person is not available.

2.      Be prepared for any research or planning task which might be out of the defined work scope, under the special instructions of his/her senior.

3.      Be prepare to Management in any required area.
