- Process all the purchase and expense vouchers/returns on timely basis.
- Review freight rates as per approved rates and supervision of APVs for goods and services including PO, comparative statement & invoice, ensuring three-way match for every APV.
- Manage HR expenses, salaries, monthly & annual accruals and other general expenses.
- Review for accurate selection & application of tax rates as per existing law for all types of invoices.
- Supervise timely follow up of CPRs against tax deductions and debit notes from customers.
- Getting AP due balances report prepared for payment runs and review, report age analysis of AP and advances on weekly basis.
- Ensure effective & efficient reconciliation of all suppliers’ payables and resolve reconciling items on timely basis.
- Assist in reconciliation of sales taxes return & withholding statements on monthly basis.
- Assist in preparation of data for compliance with tax notices issued by the FBR & with annual statutory audit.
