Portfolio Analyst CA Finalist Lahore

A leading B2B digital trade platform specializing in commodities, agribusiness, and logistics is seeking a highly analytical and commercially experienced Portfolio Analyst based in Lahore Cantt. This on-site role requires a CA Finalist (ICAP) to support portfolio performance analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess strong ownership, accountability, commercial awareness, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance and prepare periodic analytical reports
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), business performance, and operational metrics
- Conduct financial and data analysis to support management decisions
- Identify business risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards, presentations, and management summaries
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting
- Assist in portfolio optimization and business growth initiatives

Required Qualifications
- CA Finalist (ICAP)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, portfolio analysis, investment analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance roles
- Strong financial analysis and analytical capabilities
- Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 130,000 to 150,000 per month. Additional benefits include medical insurance (IPD), performance bonuses and allowances, a retirement plan with gratuity, subsidized meals, EOBI contributions, paid leaves, and other company perks. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role reports directly to the CFO and requires working on-site at the Lahore Cantt location.
