POS Sales Closer - US Campaign

We are seeking a motivated and experienced POS Sales Closer to join our team at eCommerce Cave, located in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 11, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves closing sales deals with U.S.-based businesses, focusing on merchant services and payment solutions. The role requires working night shifts aligned with the U.S. time zone (8 PM to 5 AM). Candidates will receive a competitive fixed salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 150,000, along with uncapped commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients primarily based in the U.S. to present and close sales of POS systems and merchant services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of payment solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in POS sales, merchant services, or international sales.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently handle calls.
- Proven closing skills and the ability to persuade clients effectively.
- Availability to work night shifts according to the U.S. time zone.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional attitude.
