We are looking for an experienced and creative Biding Expert – (Upwork/Fiveer/other Freelancing Platforms) to join our team.
As a Biding Expert, you will be responsible to secure business from online portals and manage the entire bidding process. You will be working closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Lead generation that results in sales from daily communication with clients
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Maintain a very high rating on (Upwork / Fiveer/other Freelancing Platforms)
- Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
- Meet monthly quota of projects/Sales.
- Must deliver on the numbers committed.
Eligibility:
- Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals.
- Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype as well.
- Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated.
- Should possess a can-do attitude.

- Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Innovative, enthusiastic and a proactive team player.
