- We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.
- As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
- You will be working closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, implement and manage Poshnee Tech’s and its client’s (working in Healthcare sector, Real Estate sector, Entertainment the sector, Hospitality sector, Services sector) social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) strategy.
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Ideate, create, manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Daily reporting.
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of CRM.
- Knowledge of Hoot suite, Canva, and, the social pilot would be a plus.
- Should have project management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Innovative, enthusiastic, and a proactive team player.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Social Media Management Certified. (not must)
- Must be handy with SEO Tools.
