Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and refining visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media posts, marketing collateral, and presentation graphics.
- Collaborate closely with design leads to ensure all materials align with established brand guidelines.
- Prepare design files for publication, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Incorporate feedback effectively to enhance the overall quality and impact of design work.
- Conduct basic research to inform design decisions and better understand audience needs.
- Organize and maintain design assets to streamline workflow and project management.
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
- Adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing tasks both remotely and on-site as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong visual design skills with experience in graphic design for digital and print media.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and a foundational understanding of architecture or spatial design principles.
- Ability to conduct research that supports design concepts and project goals.
- Proficiency in common design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Basic knowledge of layout, typography, and design principles.
