Job Description

  • Promote coordination of LHWs with CMWs in the community to improve referral to MLBCs
  • Serve as a direct link between SPHP and MNCH, LHWs and Community.
  • Provide ongoing facilitative supervision to the assign LHWs
  • Engage local community to enhance the credibility of LHWs
  • Assist in work plan and monthly program report development.
  • Monitor attendance of the families to the MLBCs


  • Have knowledge on the community mobilization
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skill
  • Ability to learn mobilization skills
  • Ability to stand in front of a group without being under pressure
  • Well motivated team member able to work alone and/or without supervision
  • Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi

Other Skills

  • Communication and motivation techniques
  • Familiarity with LHWs and MNCH programs
