Job Description

Project Name: Sind Medical support program

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide direction, coordinate, and monitor the quality of Educational programming and services provided by all program options
  • Guide implementation of educational plans, standards, and procedures consistent with Program Performance Standards
  • Provide strength-based coaching and support to subordinates teaching, lead program assessment and professional development strategies for staff to meet
  • Assist teaching staff to structure environments, routines, and interactions that contribute to positive social-emotional outcomes for the children and families in a program.
  • Conduct CLASS observations and review, analyze, and evaluate child outcome data; make recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
  • Participate in the process to help staff develop plans to improve their environments and teaching practices to support children’s growth and development, and overall program quality.
  • Assume lead responsibility for parent involvement in education services
  • Develop linkage agreements and maintain relationships
  • Work collaboratively with Director /focal person IECED, educators to comprehensively meet the needs of children.
  • Provide training to parents and staff.
  • Participate in the hiring process of new teaching staff
  • Promote the culture of reflection and self-initiated evaluation/assessment 
  • Have experience in planning and preparing appropriate activities on monthly basis and managing a diverse team of personnel.
  • Have effective implementation of work plan as per the available resources.
  • Ability to search, design and plan day to day activities for parents and children. 
  • Aware about child rights and safety measures in early years
  • Natural and caring attitude towards young children
  • Enthusiastic to lead a team that works for the betterment of young children
  • Passionate and committed to ensure effective program implementation  along with team .
  • Cognizant of ethical issues within the context of early childhood setups.
  • Professional report writing skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance of all activities with regulations.
  • Abreast with the update knowledge and skills about early years learning and handling .
  • Conduct research, follow protocols and disseminate  findings .
