Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking three experienced Canvas App Developers and one Power Pages Developer to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of overall development experience, including at least three years of hands-on work with the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design robust application architectures and develop clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that solutions meet client expectations, functional requirements, quality standards, and agreed delivery timelines.
- Design and implement solutions in accordance with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and organizational standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering design decisions, architecture, integration patterns, and key implementation details.
- Develop integrated solutions using APIs, direct database connectivity, and other integration mechanisms to ensure seamless functionality.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for work item tracking, source control, and project collaboration.
- Apply UX principles and effectively translate user stories, business requirements, wireframes, and prototypes into functional solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of five years of overall development experience.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Pages development.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration techniques, and best practices in software development.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for source control and project management.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Solid skills in API integration and database connectivity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience developing chatbots using Power Virtual Agents.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio and other AI-driven technologies.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 SDK and related development concepts.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management (APIM).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, or similar DevOps tools.
