Power Platform Developer

H2O Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Platform Engineer to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will have around two years of experience in a relevant technical role, with a strong understanding of application deployment, system management, and troubleshooting. This role requires good communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn new technologies while working closely with software development teams to enhance platform stability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and maintenance of internal platforms and technical tools.
- Assist with application deployment, release management, and related technical processes.
- Work with Docker and containerized applications to streamline deployment workflows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaborate with software development teams to optimize workflows and productivity.
- Assist with system monitoring, reliability, and maintain technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and enhance existing processes.
- Explore AI-assisted engineering tools and automation solutions to innovate platform operations.
- Contribute to improving system stability and the overall efficiency of technical operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Approximately two years of experience in a relevant technical role.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or other version control platforms.
- Understanding of application deployment and release management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts and deployment workflows.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 120,000.
