Power platform Developer

We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE), Dataverse, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and customizing CRM solutions to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with clients to automate business processes and ensure seamless data migration, testing, and user acceptance. The position is based onsite in Park View City, Lahore, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions to align with business requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and integration within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes.
- Configure CRM modules, including entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and integration.
- Practical experience with Power Automate for business process automation.
- Solid understanding of CRM configuration and customization techniques.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies, testing methodologies, and UAT processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong client-facing communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
