Field Sales Officer - Ready Mix Concrete

Power Ready Mix Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Officer specializing in Ready Mix Concrete. This role demands a dedicated professional who thrives in a pure field sales environment, spends the majority of their day visiting construction sites, and meets directly with contractors, builders, developers, consultants, and potential customers to promote ready mix concrete products. The successful candidate demonstrates strong product knowledge, aggressive prospecting skills, and the ability to generate high-quality leads through site visits, cold calling, and nurturing customer relationships in a highly dynamic marketplace. This position requires independence, excellent communication skills, and self-motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets. Candidates must be comfortable with intensive daily fieldwork, meeting a minimum of 20 prospective clients each day, and must possess a valid driving license along with a motorcycle to facilitate mobility. اس عہدے کے لیے امیدوار کا خود انگیز، بہترین ابلاغی صلاحیتوں کا حامل اور مقررہ سیلز اہداف حاصل کرنے کے لیے پُرعزم ہونا ضروری ہے۔ امیدوار کو روزانہ فیلڈ میں کام کرنے، شہر بھر میں مختلف تعمیراتی منصوبوں کا دورہ کرنے اور کم از کم 20 ممکنہ گاہکوں سے ملاقات کرنے کے لیے تیار ہونا چاہیے۔ امیدوار کے پاس اپنی موٹر سائیکل اور کارآمد ڈرائیونگ لائسنس ہونا لازمی ہے، جبکہ کمپنی ایندھن (فیول) کی سہولت فراہم کرے گی۔

• Conduct a minimum of 20 daily visits to construction sites and potential clients including contractors, builders, developers, and consultants to promote ready mix concrete products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by aggressively prospecting and generating leads through cold calling and direct engagement in the field.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• Provide expert product knowledge on concrete mix design principles, admixtures, additives, and related construction materials to advise customers effectively.
• Monitor market trends and gather market intelligence on competitors' activities, pricing, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including production and quality control departments, to ensure timely delivery and high quality of ready mix concrete products.
• Manage day-to-day customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery schedules, or service to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and market development progress using company tools and CRM systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all site visits and field activities to ensure personal and team safety.
• Provide feedback and reports to the sales management team regarding market conditions, customer feedback, and sales opportunities for strategic planning.
