This role requires a skilled technician with hands-on experience in operating and maintaining various electrical and mechanical equipment commonly used in data centers and telecom environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of critical infrastructure components such as diesel generators, chillers, air-conditioning units, UPS systems, and rectifiers. The position demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on DC and AC equipment.
- Manage the operation and upkeep of diesel generators to ensure reliable power supply.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of chillers and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Conduct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels.
- Maintain and operate air-conditioning units effectively.
- Handle operation and basic maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and associated batteries.
- Operate and maintain rectifiers and their batteries.
- Monitor electrical and HVAC parameters related to telecom equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out installation, dismantling, and shifting of equipment and cables as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE), or Telecom Engineering qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically as a power technician.
- Intermediate education level is preferred.
- Must be based in Karachi and able to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecom equipment maintenance and data center infrastructure will be preferred.
