Powerhouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Powerhouse Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Gujranwala, Pakistan. This role is critical in supporting packaging and flexible printing production by managing powerhouse and utility operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient functioning of generators, electrical distribution systems, compressors, boilers, and load management. The position also involves ensuring safety compliance, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising operators, and preparing regular reports. This role operates on a rotational shift basis and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage powerhouse and utility operations, including generators, electrical distribution, compressors, and boilers.
- Monitor and control load management to ensure optimal energy utilization.
- Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the powerhouse area.
- Oversee and guide powerhouse operators, providing training and support as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain continuous production support.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align powerhouse operations with overall manufacturing goals.

Required Qualifications

- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in powerhouse or utility operations supervision.
- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Equivalent training combined with supervisory experience will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, compressors, boilers, and generator operations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to powerhouse operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.
