- Creation & Management of Listings on our Amazon accounts.
- Developing links with Amazon or other market places for FBA and vendor central
- Assisting with product merchandising and pricing across Amazon Marketplace and eBay
- Writing product descriptions and resizing images using Photoshop, working with our suppliers to gather missing product data and images.
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries & providing customer support.
- Strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing by working with different market places;
- Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns & providing great ideas as part of a team!
- Work closely with central software operator to process orders and communication with customers.
- Merchandising and Pricing of products based on sales trends, data & competition.
- Ensuring that stocks and inventory are well-organized and maintained.
- Examining and inspecting products for defects and damages.
- Following the state health and safety regulations and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Acute attention to detail.
Demonstrated success and comfort in working in a very fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Experience / Requirements
- Previous experience within an e-commerce business or digital marketing agency (Essential)
- Experience with Amazon and/or eBay (Preferred)
- Experience with image processing and Photoshop (Preferred)
- Content Creation & Keywording Experience!
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- E-Commerce Knowledge (Amazon Seller Central, Ebay & Website)
