The company has an opening for an Accounting Professional with minimum bachelor in finance who will be responsible for managing company finances and accounts. Proven experience of using QuickBooks accounting software is required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
- Filing of Income Tax Return, With-Holding Tax and Sales Tax on FBR Web portal.
- Reconciliations of different financial accounts and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepares financial statements, reports of operations, expenditure reports
- Manual and computerize reporting using Quick Book
- Preparation of Purchase Orders and management of vendors/suppliers bills
- Maintains payroll data; prepares and Processes monthly payrolls
- Regularly reporting Sales & receivables, expense and any other report required by the management
- Excellent Command over MS Office particularly MS Excel.
