LEGILEGACY is seeking an experienced PPC / Google Ads Expert with a strong track record of delivering results in the US market, specifically within the home remodeling industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to convert advertising budgets into qualified leads, booked consultations, and tangible business growth. This full-time, onsite position is based in Rawalpindi, with working hours during the night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and proven success in managing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting customers in the US market.
- Generate high-quality leads specifically for home remodeling and construction services.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and precise location targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, negative keyword lists, and conduct A/B testing of ads.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking for phone calls and form submissions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance landing pages and improve overall conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on lead quality, cost per lead, and overall campaign performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns focused on the US market.
- Ability to present case studies or detailed campaign reports demonstrating measurable results.
- In-depth understanding of the home remodeling industry, including services such as kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and home additions.
- Knowledge of local lead generation strategies, customer search intent, and service-area targeting.
- Strong analytical skills to identify wasted ad spend and optimize campaign performance independently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and report on campaign progress.
