PPRA / Tender Registration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced PPRA / Government Tender Registration Consultant to support our paint industry operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of government tender registration and participation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between various departments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple tenders efficiently and maintain strong documentation throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Register the company on PPRA and e-PADS portals to enable participation in government tenders.
- Manage government paint tenders from initiation to completion, including monitoring tender announcements and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents in accordance with government requirements.
- Enlist the company as a vendor in various government departments to expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of samples, technical documents, and quotations required for tender participation.
- Maintain and organize all tender-related documentation and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful tender processing.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in government tendering processes and PPRA registration.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare accurate and compliant tender submissions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with government officials and internal teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and procedures such as SECP, FBR, ATL, and government procurement protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
