PR & Marketing Intern

Veevo Tech is a dynamic technology company specializing in SaaS products such as Empleado for HR operations and QueryQ for customer communications, alongside cPaaS services including SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp. The company also offers IoT solutions and AI-driven products like AI-based chatbots, all unified under OneID, a single sign-on and organizational access platform. The PR & Marketing Intern will play a vital role in supporting marketing, public relations, content creation, and brand-building efforts. This position involves assisting with the development and coordination of marketing content, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and communication initiatives while maintaining consistent brand messaging. The intern will also engage in market and competitor research, content planning, campaign execution, and collaboration with internal teams to effectively communicate Veevo Tech’s products and features.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content:
- Execute brand, marketing, and communication activities across both digital and offline platforms.
- Create, shoot, edit, and manage photos, videos, reels, social media content, website content, blogs, emails, and promotional materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, employer branding, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain social media calendars, website content, marketing assets, and brand resources.

Research & Performance:
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, audience insights, and new marketing opportunities.
- Monitor social media, website, and campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, AI tools, social media developments, and emerging content formats.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, storytelling, customer engagement, and brand building.

Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, HR, Customer Success, Operations, designers, and other creative teams to ensure timely and effective marketing execution.
- Ensure all content and marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company objectives and brand identity.
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related fields.
- Strong skills in content writing, video editing, social media management, and creative development.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles, market research, SEO, and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proactive and creative mindset, comfortable using AI and emerging digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position located at Veevo Tech’s Islamabad office on Main G-13 Service Road.
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000.
