Key Responsibilities

- Strong communication and coaching skills to guide participants and foster a positive learning environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Comfortable using digital tools and online collaboration platforms, with a willingness to learn new software as needed.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on learning and applying constructive feedback.
- Open to freshers, students, and experienced individuals; prior experience in education, Learning & Development, or training support is advantageous but not mandatory.
