Job Description

We are looking for the ideal candidate who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Salary Package: 50k to 60k (Depends upon Experience)

Job Timings: 08:00 P.M. to 05:00 A.M (Pakistan Time)

Must be able to work in Night Shifts, Medical Coverage (OPD and IPD) both covered, Pick and Drop will be provided, Food will be provided from Company

Only for Females


·       Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

·       Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability

·       Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

·       Data entry in various platforms


·       At least 6 months - 1 year of relevant work experience

·       Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
