Pre-Owned Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the used car division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, coordinating vehicle inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the buying and selling process. This role requires strong knowledge of Hyundai and other automotive brands, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with various departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and collect leads for used cars through multiple channels to build a strong customer base.
- Consistently follow up on assigned and generated leads, converting them into quality customers.
- Collaborate with the Vehicle Inspection Team and Service Department to conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all vehicles pass quality checks in line with Hyundai-approved checklists and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai and other automotive brands to accurately assess and evaluate vehicles.
- Prepare purchase and trade-in estimations for vehicles based on company-defined criteria.
- Keep accurate records and prepare detailed reports required by Hyundai Motors.
- Utilize used car management software and Microsoft Excel for lead tracking, vehicle evaluation, reporting, and daily operational tasks.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the used-car buying and selling process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the used car business, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
- Practical experience with used car management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Good understanding of Hyundai and other automotive brands to support accurate vehicle evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability in vehicle evaluation and preparing purchase/trade-in estimations.
- Organized, customer-focused, and target-driven approach to work.

Work Location

This position requires in-person attendance at the designated workplace.
