PRE-PRIMARY COORDINATOR

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our team in PECHS Block 2, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and possess excellent communication and classroom management skills. This role requires someone who can effectively lead and coordinate classroom activities while fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily classroom activities and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for children.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on Early Childhood Education or Montessori principles.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with parents and colleagues.
- Lead and coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and development, providing feedback as necessary.
- Uphold the school’s policies and standards related to child care and education.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Montessori.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs60,000.
- Work location is in person at PECHS Block 2, Karachi, providing direct interaction with children and colleagues.
