Pre Qualification Advisor

CreditMarket.ae, part of Alfred Holdings, is seeking a dedicated and organized Pre-Qualification Advisor to join our remote team. This role involves engaging with pre-qualified leads, collecting necessary customer information and documentation, and ensuring each case is complete and ready for quotation. You will serve as the main liaison between customers and sales advisors, managing timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records to facilitate a smooth sales pipeline process. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of call center experience in banking or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary contact for customers during the lead qualification phase, reaching out via calls, emails, and other channels to gather required information and documents.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of customer profiles and documentation before forwarding cases for quotation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to obtain pending documents, clarify details, and resolve outstanding requirements.
- Track lead progress to ensure timely movement through the sales pipeline and maintain up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate closely with sales advisors to transfer fully qualified cases, providing accurate customer details and responding to internal queries.
- Monitor the status of assigned leads, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive steps to resolve delays.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation standards, and service quality requirements.
- Escalate complex cases or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Support team targets by managing leads effectively and preparing cases efficiently for sales conversion.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment, preferably in banking or sales.
- Proven experience in customer engagement, outbound calling, lead qualification, telesales, or sales support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, verify, and document customer information accurately.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management platforms is advantageous.
- A proactive, persistent approach to follow-ups and lead management.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales advisors.
