Pre-Sales Engineer

Innovo Corporation, the official importer and authorized distributor of Solis and Dyness in Pakistan, specializes in delivering advanced hybrid solar and battery storage solutions nationwide. We are currently seeking a technically proficient, articulate, and client-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer to join our expanding Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge hybrid solar projects and contribute to the growth of Pakistan’s renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Design hybrid solar and energy storage solutions tailored for commercial and industrial applications.
- Conduct detailed load analysis, feasibility studies, and system sizing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, bills of quantities (BOQs), and system configurations for client presentations.
- Deliver clear and engaging technical presentations to clients and key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, installers, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and technologies in the C&I solar and energy storage industry to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in designing hybrid solar systems, with a focus on commercial and industrial applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of inverters, batteries, and hybrid energy systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with PVsyst, AutoCAD, or similar design and simulation tools is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Huawei or comparable solar technology brands is an advantage.
