Pre-Sales Officer – Social Media & Lead Conversion

Future Streak is seeking a motivated and confident Pre-Sales Officer to manage leads generated through various social media platforms and support the team with customer engagement and social media video content. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with prospective students, and have a genuine interest in social media and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Engage with prospective students to understand their study-abroad needs.
- Provide initial guidance on study destinations, universities, courses, and application procedures.
- Qualify leads by identifying genuine prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the counselling and admissions teams.
- Support social media initiatives and contribute to content creation.
- Assist in generating ideas and topics for educational and promotional videos.
- Participate in short-form videos and reels when appropriate.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries.
- Work towards achieving lead conversion and follow-up targets.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers via phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Willingness to participate in video content creation.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, education consultancy, or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
