Shopify Account Manager

We are seeking a Shopify Account Manager to manage and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Shopify operations, including product listing, store management, order processing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, and images.
Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking updates.
Optimize product pages for SEO and conversions.
Monitor and analyze store performance to enhance sales and user experience.
Implement promotional strategies, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
Troubleshoot issues related to Shopify themes, apps, and integrations.
Provide customer support and handle inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to improve store visuals and content.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Shopify stores.
Strong understanding of Shopify apps, themes, and integrations.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and eCommerce marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
