Shopify Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Shopify Virtual Assistant to help manage our Shopify store and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify operations, product management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track shipments.
Provide customer support via email, chat, and social media.
Handle refunds, returns, and dispute resolutions.
Assist in SEO optimization and product page improvements.
Schedule and manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Monitor store performance and generate reports.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Shopify Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Shopify’s backend, apps, and integrations.
Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and SEO.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
