We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative and HR tasks.
- Files documents and handles employee inquiries
- Organize employees’ database and records
- Participates and assists in social and networking events hosted by the company
- Assist the Head of HR in the following:
- Preparing the Employee Engagement Calendar
- Checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
- Talent Acquisition activities like Advertising jobs and preparing candidate databases
- Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
- Minimum CGPA : 3
- Good skills in MS Office including MS Excel
