We are looking for a sales manager who can actively manage a sales team, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Coordination with the Customer Relationship manager to improve the business.
- Arrange an in-house training on monthly bases to motivate and enhance the team skills.
- Conduct surveys on weekly bases on competing properties in the market and update the team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company base.
- Managing Recruiting, target setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Leading the team by providing guidance, training, and mentoring.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Coordinating with social media manager on necessary lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Coordination with other relevant departments to improve the sales services and branding of the company and
the tasks assigned by the management, time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate field.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a similar discipline.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Command in Microsoft Office
- Strong Interpersonal Skill
