Job Description
- Set high academic standards for every student in the class while still adapting to the individual needs of each child.
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
- Prepare lesson plans in advance that teach core objectives and principles that are relevant to future education, also showing students how this knowledge is useful in the real world.
- Track and report performance to determine where changes need to be made and which strategies and methods are working.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in English teaching AND/OR Equivalent
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including sitting and standing for long periods of time
- Previous experience teaching English
