Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain customer records and update information
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
