Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Follow up on customer feedback and resolve complaints
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Assist in improving the overall customer experience
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
