You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements and tour packages for clients. This role involves coordinating logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel Planning and Coordination:
- Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Book transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Manage travel documentation, including visas and insurance.
2. Client Relations:
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide advice on destinations, culture, and travel regulations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues during the trip.
3. Supplier and Partner Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and secure the best rates and deals.
- Ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
4. Logistics and Operations:
- Coordinate transportation, transfers, and guided tours.
- Handle last-minute changes and emergencies.
- Monitor travel schedules and ensure adherence to itineraries.
5. Marketing and Sales Support:
- Promote tour packages and travel deals through various channels.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new travel trends and customer preferences.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain client records and travel documentation.
- Process payments, refunds, and invoicing.
- Prepare travel reports and expense summaries.
