  • Checking of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per designed layout.
  • Scrutiny of Quotations, Deal with Contractor, Vendors & consultant regarding rates, designing & quality of Work.
  • Project Management, knowledge of structure, control the quality of electric/civil /furniture work/Fixed Assets/ Assets mobilization.
  • Disposal of fixed assets as per fixed assets policy. Carrying out bidding process transparently.
  • Site inspections of running projects to control the quality of electric/civil /furniture work.
  • Regarding renovation change the layout plan as per site, guide the branches, material use on site as per condition and availability.
  • Making/Utilization/Reconciliation of budget for ABEP & other renovation work as per management requirement.
  • To Implement and ensure project standards as per SBL new theme.
  • All relevant items related to branch branding will be dealt with approved list of vendors.
  • Making cost approvals of budgetary items as per branch standards & requirements.
  • Maintain proper MIS of all branding items according to budgetary approvals till payment process.  
  • Any other work/assignment which the management may assign from time to time.
