The Data Migration Lead will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities, ensuring that data is accurately and completely transferred to the target system. The lead will maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to uphold data integrity and support operational readiness throughout the migration process.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 7.5 years of professional experience working with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Proficiency in PySpark is essential for managing and transforming large datasets during migration.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale data migration projects using modern data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and risk management practices relevant to data migration.
- Educational qualification of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Experience with PySpark is considered a valuable asset.
