We are looking for the Legal Expert for our Organization.
The ideal candidate must have LLB/MBA/MPA/CA/ACCA/CA with a minimum of 2-5 years experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant must be LLM/LLB degree holder
- Practice experience in Civil & High Court
- Thorough grip on Taxation Laws & its amendment
- Coordination with Chamber of Commerce across Pakistan.
- The ideal candidate should have up-to-date and thorough knowledge of all prevalent Laws in the country with a high degree of fluency in written and oral communication.
- The candidate should possess practical experience of the drafting of Cases , Petitions, Reply Petitions, Conducting arguments at all level of courts in constitutional, civil, criminal, corporate, Intellectual Property, Labor and Banking matters.
- Scheduling Physical & Virtual Meetings and Conferences
- Strong grip on HR Metrics
- Liaison with Local, Govt & Pvt Line Departments.
