We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a customer service employee at our company, a manufacturer of adhesives, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering questions and solving problems from our customers and ensuring that their concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and provide tracking information to customers
- Handle and resolve customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Provide product and technical support to customers
- Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (German is a MUST)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the adhesive, paint and glue industry is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
