Presales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Technical Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for customers in Pakistan within the energy storage and power industry. This role involves engaging closely with clients to understand their requirements, designing tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through to project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver full-cycle pre-sales technical support to customers in Pakistan, including technical communication, requirement analysis, site surveys, scheme design, and preparation of technical quotations.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, system single-line diagrams, datasheets, and tender documentation in English, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and local grid codes.
- Organize and conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations, and solution presentations for end customers, EPC contractors, and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze Pakistan’s power grid regulations, energy storage policies, and competitive market information, providing feedback on localized market demands to the product and R&D teams.
- Collaborate closely with domestic product development, delivery, and after-sales teams to align technical solutions and clarify project implementation scopes.
- Support tender participation by responding to technical inquiries during bidding processes and managing technical negotiations with customers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Proven experience in pre-sales within the energy storage or power industry, with a solid understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), battery systems, and familiarity with Korean grid standards is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing technical documents.
- Ability to independently complete solution designs, write technical proposals, and engage in technical discussions with customers.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong logical thinking, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
