Presentation & Proposal Design Specialist - Clients & Industries (C&I) - Pakistan

EY is seeking a Proposal Design Specialist to join the Clients & Industries (C&I) team within the Markets Enablement function, based in Pakistan, Jordan, or Lebanon. In this role, you will support strategic and high-value pursuits across the MENA region by creating compelling visual concepts, proposal designs, presentations, and client-facing materials that effectively communicate EY’s value proposition. You will collaborate closely with pursuit leaders, proposal specialists, business development professionals, and service line stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that enhance client engagement and strengthen EY’s competitive position. This role plays a critical part in shaping the visual strategy and execution for proposals, presentations, orals, and other business development collateral, ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and differentiated.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling proposals, presentations, executive summaries, and other client-facing materials aligned with EY’s brand standards.
- Create innovative visual concepts, graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations, and layouts that communicate complex information effectively.
- Design pursuit deliverables that reflect client priorities, industry context, and strategic win themes.
- Participate in pursuit kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, proposal reviews, and oral preparation workshops.
- Present design concepts and creative approaches to pursuit teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with proposal specialists, deal teams, and subject matter experts to develop integrated and impactful pursuit materials.
- Lead the visual storytelling approach for strategic pursuits by translating key messages into engaging design solutions.
- Drive design innovation by introducing new formats, interactive content, and creative approaches to proposal development.
- Support content development across multiple formats, including proposals, presentations, digital assets, videos, and interactive materials.
- Ensure consistency with EY’s Visual Identity guidelines and global design standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Service Lines, Sectors, Knowledge, Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), and Business Development teams.
- Incorporate client feedback, win/loss insights, and lessons learned to continuously improve pursuit design effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of design best practices, templates, and reusable assets for future pursuits.
- Support training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to proposal design and visual communication.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, proposal design, communications, marketing, business development, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations and proposal materials.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience supporting business development activities, strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, or client presentations.
- Experience working in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations is preferred.
