Job Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.
Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections promptly.
Process and post insurance and patient payments accurately.
Ensure compliance with payer regulations and billing guidelines.
Maintain and update billing records with accuracy.
Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
Generate AR reports and provide analysis on outstanding balances.
Stay updated with industry changes and payer policies.
