• Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

• Conducting employee orientation and onboarding new hires.

• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees.

• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.

• Maintaining human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.

• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.

• Assisting in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.

• Recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to improve efficiency of the department and services performed.

• Handling employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviews.

• Handling insurance-related issues.

• Training new and existing employees.

• Preparation of salary statement.

• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.

• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.

• Maintaining and regularly updating database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.

• Resolving grievances/queries of employees.

• Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.

• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the  organization.

• Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.

• Complete knowledge of Labour Law.
