Our client, a reputable international freight forwarding and logistics company based in Karachi, is seeking a Pricing Executive to join their team onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal. This full-time, permanent position involves managing freight pricing and rate procurement for global air, sea, and land operations. The role requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Compensation is competitive and offered up to PKR 250,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily freight pricing inquiries and quotation requests from clients and internal teams.
- Source and compare competitive rates from shipping lines, carriers, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and logistics vendors.
- Handle Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and prepare timely, accurate commercial quotations.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms with carriers, vendors, and international network partners.
- Coordinate with overseas partners regarding rates, routing, and service requirements.
- Monitor market rates to identify competitive pricing opportunities.
- Work on costing, margins, and overall quotation competitiveness to ensure profitability.
- Maintain and update pricing records, rate sheets, and vendor information regularly.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to meet pricing needs.
- Follow up on pending rates and quotations to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction.
- Support pricing activities related to the US market and international shipments.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers, vendors, and logistics partners worldwide.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in freight forwarding pricing or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience managing freight rate inquiries, quotations, RFQs, and rate procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate directly with shipping lines, carriers, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and logistics vendors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the capability to secure competitive rates and favorable commercial terms.
- Ability to analyze market rates, compare options, and work effectively with costing and margins.
- Experience handling international pricing requirements and collaborating with overseas networks.
- Proficient communication and coordination skills, with strong follow-up discipline.
- Proficiency in English and MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage multiple pricing requests and meet strict quotation deadlines.
