Pricing Officer (Fresh Graduates)

Murkez Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Retail Pricing Analyst to join a U.S.-based client specializing in gas stations and grocery stores. This full-time, on-site role involves executing retail pricing activities, validating promotional pricing, and ensuring vendor charges are accurate. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Pricing Team Lead and client teams to maintain pricing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review supplier quotes, invoices, and pricing details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Validate promotional pricing, including regulated categories such as cigarettes, to confirm correct vendor charges.
- Support communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies and confirm pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure proper implementation of pricing strategies.
- Maintain records of vendor performance and pricing compliance.
- Ensure adherence to client policies and U.S. retail procurement standards.
- Prepare and update pricing reports, dashboards, and summaries for both internal and client use.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in pricing analysis, procurement, or finance; BPO experience with U.S. clients is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms and retail pricing processes.
- Understanding of U.S. retail procurement practices and basic vendor management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting U.S.-based retail clients, particularly in grocery or convenience store sectors.
- Exposure to promotional pricing validation and retail cost analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment involving multiple vendor interactions.
