Global Logistics Japan, a leading international logistics company specializing in vehicle and auto parts export from Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated Pricing and Operations Executive to join their Karachi office. The company operates across Japan and Pakistan, offering customs clearance and transportation services. This full-time role operates on a morning shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and requires a reliable professional with strong accounting knowledge and experience in freight forwarding or logistics. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a long-term career within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual booking and operational reports.
- Monitor operational workflows and address any issues or bugs.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and management.
- Generate management reports to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Perform pricing and documentation-related tasks in collaboration with the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; candidates currently pursuing further education are not eligible.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations within a freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics company.
- Strong understanding of export operation principles.
- Proven experience in shipping line coordination and pricing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to a long-term career with the company (minimum 3–4 years).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 90,000, based on qualifications and experience.
