Responsibilities:
- Prioritize invoices according to payment terms and check run schedule.
- Review vendor statements and follow-up on all open issues.
- Assist vendors and field staff with questions regarding payment status.
- Review documents in Invoice Esker system for appropriate documentation & approvals.
- Input all valid expenses (invoices, expense reports, check requests, and imprest reimbursements) into the PeopleSoft system.
- Assist the AP Supervisor or AP Director with project work as required.
- Review vendor’s information for accuracy and request changes as needed.
- Handle special processing and express check requests.
- Research and resolve outstanding and returned checks.
- Request check status or copies of canceled checks. Identify unclaimed property for enchantment.
- Support month end close.
- Provide support to General Ledger Accountants as required.
- Assist both internal and external auditors in obtaining documentation needed for audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in accounting and finance from well reputed organization.
- 2 year plus experience in accounts payables, general ledger, journal entries.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willing to work in night shift (5 PM to 2 AM PST)
