Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, offering exceptional support and guidance.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Maintain client records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Work in 8 hour rotational shift to ensure continuous coverage and support for our US clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
