RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Putting together our daily cash file from several banks and different bank accounts
- Applying cash to open AR from our current and upcoming acquisitions
- Recording entries in the general ledger
- Bank reconciliations as needed
- Any other projects that Megan within this scope of work
- Maintains the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of the assigned balance sheet accounts and operating statements for all assigned entities.
- Reviews preliminary Balance Sheet and Income Statement Accounts and make necessary corrections for supervisor review and subsequent posting.
- Performs monthly reconciliation and analysis of assigned general ledger accounts.
- Supports Financial Analysis process as needed.
- Prepares quarterly analysis in support of consolidated regulatory reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties including special projects as assigned.
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
- 2-4 year of related experience in corporate accounting with exceptional written and spoken English.
- Bank Reconciliation experience
- Cash application and Accounts Receivable experience
- An understanding of how bank accounts work
- A strong understanding of US GAAP
- Experience to work with US is preferred
